Played Moorpark in the Wind
It started out very windy today but died down a little in the afternoon. I hit the ball very well tee to green and short game was ok. I still have some putting problems but am improving. Seems that the greens here break much less that you would think - almost all inside of 10 feet are straight.

Notes: Nice drive, played a conservative 5 iron but for some reason aimed directly at the flag with it. Hit it exactly where I was looking but that is where a lateral hazard was. Found my ball and hacked at it with a wedge only to advance it a few feet into more of the foot long grass in the lateral. Hacked again carried a few more feet but this time it left me with a better lie in the lateral, hacked at it again and to everybody's amazement stuck it to 3 feet. - Missed the putt.
