Golf company reviews - Cleveland Golf

Cleveland Golf

Cleveland makes not only wedges but all the other golf clubs as well. I have their 60 degree lob wedge, 56 degree sand wedge, and a 53 degree gap wedge and love them all. My sandwedge gets the most use and is the favorite club in my bag.

Somewhere playing out of who knows what, I hit a rock with it, and as a result it has a pretty bad wrinkle on it's leading edge and sole. It is still playable though but I know I need to get a new one. All the wedges I have are their standard lie and standard bounce #566. That is the model that the tour players use - the 566 Cleveland wedge. All three of mine are what they call RTG models which means they are un-chromed and rust eventually. I kind of like the old beat up rusted look for my wedges but I guess it really is nice not to have any glare off the chrome on those sunny days. Right after I bought mine that rust they came out with gun metal which looks real slick. I don't actually use the gap wedge because it goes the same distance as my Mizuno MP-14 pitching wedge so I took it out and plan to replace it with a two iron. I love the lob wedge.
