Footjoy Golf Gloves
Here is a picture of my old Footjoy golf glove. It was good to me, but 4 over par was the best I could get out of it. I bought it at the Calabasas Country Club pro shop for my first round this year. With this golf glove I played ten rounds of golf, and hit about 30 large buckets, practiced chipping all month with it. I guess the $18.95 it cost was not cheap but was well worth it.

The other day, I went to a local discount golf store to get a new glove for my upcoming tournament. I always have a hard time finding a glove that fits because I have wide hands and wide fingers. I picked one off the rack and tried it on and it fit perfect! It was even a two pack so I really scored - I won't have to shop for a glove for a couple more months. The guy at the register told me to try on the other glove as well because, according to him, all golf gloves are hand made so the sizes always vary. I tried the second on and they both fit fine and cheap ($18.95 for the two-pack). My size (which I have now committed to memory) is a cadet medium. I think Cadet means you have small hands or short fingers. What was so cool about the new glove was that it has an extra leather patch where I always get the hole. It is like two-ply, two layers of leather over the palm:
