Keep the Swing Under You.

While hitting a bucket yesterday this thought hit me as I was thinking of Fred Couples swing.

Stand far enough away from the ball that you have plenty of room for the swing. For me, that means to suck in your beer belly, and straighten up your backs' posture - no hunchback or scruching your arms too close together. Also, lift your chin up a notch so your shoulders can rotate unimpeded and then just let the swing happen under you while you are standing back from it - don't get in its way.

If you can keep your head down long enough to watch the ball leave along the target line you are in good shape. I keep forgetting to keep my head down this long even though I realize it is so critical.
