Second Hole

The second hole at the Moorpark Country Club Ridgeline Creekside (Blue Tees)

367 yard par 4

Driver, short iron here. The fairway is pretty wide but you'll lose your ball if you go left of the cartpath. There is plenty of room to the right, it is a sharp grass drop off down to the third fairway - so if you hit a real bad slice, yell fore, and you should have a shot.

This green is almost impossible to hold (it slopes front to back) so land something high on the front edge of the green or run something up to the green. Generally all 4 players will be just off the back of the green here in two no matter where the pin is... Don't be short on your approach trying to get too fancy - chips and pitches are hard to hold here as well.

This is the Ridgeline nine
