Sixth Hole

The Sixth hole at the Moorpark Country Club Ridgeline Creekside (Blue Tees)

201 yard par 3

This is a pretty tough hole because of the wind. It is normally pretty strong left to right and a little into you. Lately I've been hitting 3 iron aiming just right of that trap on the left (I use to aim at the trap but am tired of being in it or worse over it OB). If you are right of this green it is best to be short in between those bunkers - too long and you are in the junk. So my theory is to aim just right of the trap with plenty of club - if it goes straight I'm on - if the wind takes it hard right it won't be going as far so I'll have an easy chip.

This is the Ridgeline nine
