Tips from Dan

Yesterday at Calabasas I ran into a good golfer I know practicing on the driving range. He watched me hit a few and had some comments for me

Bring the club straight back - I had been bringing the club too far to the inside which causes you to come over the top to correct for it. Bringing the club straight back from the ball widens the swing and gets you in the correct position at the top. After that, it is should be just a simple move back to the ball.

Turning the hips - Turns out I don't turn mine enough ? back swing or follow through. The more you turn your hips the easier it is to make a full shoulder turn - which I also don't turn enough. I have a tough time concentrating on my hip turn so this is really something I need to work on.

Once again, thanks Dan for the tips!
